1. Basic System

• Axis limit control system (not including limit switches or wiring)
• Hand piece with speed control and instant stop button includes 3m (10ft) serial cable

All electronics and breakout boxes pre-wired "burn in tested" and configured before delivery to your machining envelope. All electronics are installed in industrial quality cabinets with fan extraction. All motors/encoders drives and purchased components are top end quality and local support is available for these components worldwide.

7. Telephone Support

$1000.00 US prepay

We offer a 12 hr per day 8am-8pm technical support and advice at an hourly rate of $75 per hour plus any applicable toll charges. This can be purchased pre-paid at time of ordering a system and unused time will be credited or refunded at the end of six months. This buys you instant support on a direct dial telephone line. Your query will be answered by Doug Greig who wrote the software and who has years of hands on experience with the system.

8. Update Contract

$800.00 US

For the first 12 months from delivery any updates that are supplied in new systems will be sent to you with installation instructions free of charge. A five year "up to date contract" is available.

9. Services

$75 US per hour

Machine specs calculated for your needs nominal charge based on time at $75 US per hour. Machine Carcass design to suit your application may available by direct discussion of your needs.

Delivery to your door within 8 weeks from Order. Payment 50% on order Balance on Notification of readiness for delivery. Alternative delivery and payment may be arranged by direct discussion. Freight costs partly absorbed in price but final price to door may include some extra for freight.

10. Warranty

The user interface is warranted to perform at a specified minimum speed which is available when all engineering factors are known.

All purchased components are warranted by the OEM supplier to normal standards for each type of equipment. Any other parts custom manufactured are warranted of merchantable quality for 12 months unless other wise specified in final quotation.
